If you hold a Kentucky Electrical License (EE), or are a Master Electrician (ME) in Kentucky, you are required to complete 6 hours of continuing education prior to each renewal. Continuing Education Requirements & Steps
In Kentucky, your electrical license expires annually, on the last day of the month of your birthday. To renew, you are required to complete either 6 hours of continuing education (or 12 if you hold EE/ME & CE licenses) and submit your renewal to the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction.
