Stickers and Drawings for Hangouts adds some more stickers to Hangouts, as well as a drawing option and for Xposed users, an option to edit images

By having the GIFs for access in an app, and attaching them in the same way as a picture of your cat, you can send them almost as easily as you normal stickers

The included stickers are: (these are Google's names, not mine)
Angry, Cake, Cat Happy, Cat Heart, Celebration, Cheers, Confused, Crying, Double High Five, Fist bump, Flexed Arm, Frustrated, Ghost, Halo Guy, Happy, Happy Blushing, Happy Crying, Heart Eyed, Joy, Kiss, LOL, Meh, Mums The Word, Music, Oh No, Okay, OMG Terrified, Poop, Praying, Princess, Sad, Scared, Sick, Silly, Sleepy, Smirk, Sparkling Heart, Sunglasses, Thumbs Down, Thumbs Up, Thumping Heart, Waving, Wink, Winter, Worried, Spring, Valentine, New Year, Irish

Xposed Module
Stickers for Hangouts includes an Xposed module that adds an "Add sticker" & "add drawing" to the attach menu, as well as an edit image FAB:

Almost all of this was thanks to @GermainZ, so credits to him

Simply activate it from the Xposed modules screen

Update 1.1:
Revamp of the picking screen, now a grid. Long press the images for an animated preview
Xposed module to add an "Add sticker" to the attach menu - Rooted users with Xposed only [Almost all done by Germain, credits to him]
New tab, "Extras". All the ponies from the /ponystream and /ponies

Just one thing.... This does actually already work on iOS and hangouts for iOS. By friend send me these stickers and I could not find them on my phone.
